Week 5…already!
HOMEWORK
Please be sure that your child goes over the
spelling words each evening, practices the memory
verse, spends time reading for either the book
report or Reading Counts, and if there is a study
sheet for science or social studies, that it is
reviewed. This is basically the only assigned
homework. Any other will just be work that was not
completed during the school day. If you want your
child to bring you a copy of the assignments for the
week, just ask them. There are extras just for that
purpose.
School books may be taken home any day. Please be
sure they are returned to school the next day. The
papers that are in the organizer need to be kept in
it until after the report card is given. You are
welcome to
look at the papers, but please return them to the
organizer.
Hopefully everyone has tried to participate in the
school wide fundraiser.
Our Fall Week of Prayer will take place next week.
You are welcome to attend, if you wish. Check with
the school office to see the actual time for our
class.
