Jump Rope for Heart

The kick-off for our annual Jump Rope for Heart
Campaign was Tuesday, November1. The students have
one week to solicit donations for the American Heart
Association from family, friends and neighbors.
All sponsorship forms and money must be turned in to
the classroom teachers by next Wednesday, November
9. Last year our school raised $600 for the
American Heart Association. That's an average of
less than $3 per student. Let's see if we can do
even better this year!! Our Jump Rope for Heart Fun
Day will be during PE class next Thursday, November
10. I could use 4-5 paernt volunteers during the
morning classes (8:30-11:30) to turn long jump ropes
for the younger children. If you can help during any
or all of that time, please contact me or let your
classroom treacher know. Thanks! |
