This is my third year teaching at MCE. I am honored and excited to be a part of the Madison Campus family.
I was born in California and spent many years of childhood in the Marshall Islands where my family served as missionaries. I graduated high school from Chisholm Trail Academy in the great state of Texas. I attended a variety of colleges and universities, eventually graduating from Southern Adventist University with a Bachelor’s of Science in Outdoor Education.
Following university I spent time teaching English in Taiwan and fell in love with being a classroom teacher. I also fell in love with my husband, Chris Wilhelm, and moved to Memphis, TN where we married and I completed my Master’s Degree in Special Education.
I taught PreK-K at Memphis Junior Academy which filled my heart and ignited my passion further for Adventist education. I truly feel it to be a privilege and honor to share my heart for teaching with students and especially my love for God. I look forward to this new year and the students God has hand picked for our class.
